I am searching for supply/del of approx 27sqm of natural looking flagstones in NI, which arent totally flat.

However those that i can find require a mortgage to pay for,and as its for use in a disabled household the budget is very limited. Can anyone advise me where i might locate these, even end of range etc.

I have also been told that as its for a disabled persons access/needs it should be vat exempt but cannot locate information regarding that either. any replies would be greatly appreciated. thanks all.

Lurgan. No Problem. For Natural stone try Norman Emerson their showroom is just off the Oxford island R/about on the m/way or JP corry in Belfast or Dromore. Both places have large displays but Corrys would have the larger selection. If it's natural looking concrete flags you want then Try Tobermore Old court or Bradstone. Bradstone have a sale on at the moment with 20% off everything but they are still pricey and not worth the money if you ask me. Corry's stock and display Tobermore /Marshall's/ Kilsaran and Bradstone. Expect to pay about £17.70 m2 for cheap sandstone and £21m2+ for natural looking concrete. Ironic that the imitation is dearer than the real deal. Sandstone is usaully sold in packs between 10.5m2 and 14.5m2 so you would have to buy either 29m2 or 33m2. As for vat I've never heard of the vat being deducted at source it would either be the contractor who doesn't charge you vat or the vat is claimed by the client upon completion. If it's grant work the vat will either be dealt with by the contractor or the grant supplier.

thanks pablo will check those out, was thinking would be around 25p/m so those are reasonable, so long as they are deep enough to level out floors but will go to them all, maybe can swing a deal for cash. no harm in asking. really prefer the random patio slab look but can be flexible. appreciate your help. cheers. A..
