About 4 months ago I had a new patio laid in the garden and it looks lovely. Recently we have had an infestation of ants in the back garden which have now decided to camp out in our kitchen.
My wife decided to pour Jeyes fluid along the whole width of the back of the house to try to stop them coming in. When I came home from work I looked and thought that’s going to stain the patio.
So immediately I got the hose out and washed the Jeyes fluid away and my fears came true my lovely new patio is now stained/discoloured. I tried a jet wash to clean it but it will not shift the shift it.
I am considering Patio cleaner or getting the builder to replace the stones that are discoloured.
Do you think it will be possible to clean or should I cut my losses and get the builder to replace them?
The stone were a light yellow colour and have now gone a sort of greyish colour.
Any help you can offer would be appreciated.
Thanks
