Hi all,
I've recently laid a patio, with light coloured slabs, and all went well the only problem is that the edges of the slabs never seem to dry out. Any ideas what could be causing this?

Assuming that they're pointed, it will be the pointing mix that causes this. No problem, and it won't happen once the mix is fully cured.

thanks for the feedback. The joints were filled with a dry mix, which is now crumbling. I was going to leave it until next summer and rejoint and seal. Will this work?

Why point with a dry mix? - it's all very clear on the main site...
ps - just thought - isn't pointing with a dry mix an oxymoron?
no - that's someone brought up just outside Watford.
