10:1 dry mix

Patio flagstones (slabs), concrete flags, stone flags including yorkstone and imported flagstones.

I have laid the first row of 14 patio slabs (8 so far) on a 10:1 mix with no water, what is the usual time for it to cure? I have considered adding some water whilst the slabs are down, would that help the mix cure at all?
