help with paving
can anyone tell me how many 600x600,450x450,600x300 flags
i will need to cover 25m how many of each size thankyou if you can help me

First you plan your layout avoiding staright lines and no more than three corners together. I used scale cuts of cereal packet when i did mine.
Then you just count the flags.

still stuck 
the paving is coming from the french doors about 3m wide and 4m out then goes left by the side of the outhouse about 6m just like an L shape

That's an odd mix of sizes. You'll end up scratching your head all day trying to make it fit. If you have 600x600, 600x300 and 300x300 you can easily make a pattern. If you introduce the 'half' sizes (as in half a foot) you will probably need both 450x450 and 450x600 to stop going mental.
Most stone suppliers will have patterns for certain slab combinations and tell you exactly how many of each you will need.
As you have an L-shaped area, consider whether you will need to cut any slabs and therefore whether you need extra slabs to cater for the waste.
Lastly, define your overall paving area according to the slab size denominator, e.g. if you are laying 600x300 then 300mm is your denominator so 3m is fine but 4m should become either 3.9m or 4.2m.

I develop layout plans for just this sort of thing, but I don't do it for nowt. A 25m² layout would cost 35 quid.
