wondering if anybody could give me some advice-I'am going to do a 3 by 3 m raised patio (due to slight slope in garden) using one layer of Bradstone walling blocks which I have been given-on top-Bradstone old riven circle kit/corner kit and 450 by 300mm slabs around the circle to make a square
I was going to do semi-dry method-having the mix level with the top of the walling block but suddenly realised the edge slabs which will partly seat on the walling blocks will have nothing to 'set' to (i.e-no semi-dry mix on the walling block themselves)
Does this mean its best to do all the slabs the wet mortar method or could i do outside edge slabs this way and do the rest-i.e the circle kit-the semi dry method???
Hope this sort of makes sense??????????

I'd go with the wet mix thro-out, its not a big area and there can be no differential movement that way. Good luck.
