Hi
Firstly, what a cracking site

Secondly, I've bought 35m2 of riven flags that require a random pattern.
They come in 6 sizes with the smallest being 300 * 300.
My question is, can I lay them all on a bed of sharp sand including the small ones or will they move when walked or stood on?
I intend to have a joint of approx 10mm all round
Any advice appreciated.

For small flags on patios, by which I mean anything 450x450 or smaller, it's best to lay them onto a full mortar bed.
