Hi, I see from the main site that precast concrete slabs thinner than 50 mm can be used for driveways if laid on a 100mm concrete bed. My question is if this also applies to natural stone say 35 mm thick ?

I have a 15 year old driveway , 200 mm thick with steel reinforce mesh so no movement or cracks .will be a hard job to dig up, so looking to improve its appearance by laying sandstone on a full mortar. No problem with DPC height.

Thanks :

Yes, but read the other posts in this forum regarding problems with Indian sandstone flags laid to driveways.
