Hello - this is my first post here and I would just like to say that, being new to paving, this is a totally excellent site!!

I have a contractor in building a patio for me at the moment and he wants to use geofix to point it. I've been reading your site and noticed the not-too-favorable opinions of that particular product. I also noticed the almost glowing reviews of romex (this is the same 'kind' of product, right?) and so I've mentioned it to him but he had never heard of it and reckoned he wouldnt be able to get it. So I'm going to try and help him out. Can anyone recommend a supplier in the east midlands area and also give me a rough idea of how romex compares with geofix on a cost basis?

Thanks in advance

Robin.

Not sure about East Midlands, but I'm meeting the Romex distibutors tomorrow at External Works and hope to have a list of distributors given to me before I get back from there on Thursday night.

I know many contractors are sourcing it via mail order from Bannister Hall in Prrreston.
