Setts and cobbles, tarmac, asphalt, resin systems, concrete whether it's plain, patterned or stencilled, gravels, etc.

Can patio / paving cleaners such as Thomson be used on PIC drives or can they damage the sealant?

Depends on the sealant, but, if it's a good sealant an acid-based cleaner should not be required.
All I can suggest is that you either test a discreet corner or make do with soapy water which should be all that's needed.
