ive got a chance to finish my garage base on wednesday 27th, the builder whos helping me is available on that date. and ive ordered the concrete..

only concern is the temperature...going to be close the 4 degree limit that ive read about...

any tips on what i should do, what would you guys say is the absolute min temp ???

or is there any ways to keep it warm...ie,,cover it with blankets or something ??

the concrete is being delivered at 9 - 9.30 am...so i spose that wil help a bit being early...

ps..dont really want to put this off, garage company are hassling me, lol..

cheers every one, jeff...

minimum temperature is absolute zero, but i dont think you will get anywhere near that
just cover with hessian if you can to stop the frost getting to it,
make sure there is no ice in the concrete, and most importantly use an old hand for laying it
hope this helps

just make sure you cover it well... hessian, poleythene etc. get it in, float it up and cover then walk away and have a few pints. youll be ok im sure. :)
