I have a couple of bags of Kiln Dried Sand...was wondering if I could use them for pointing some 450mm square slabs with a 3:1 mix......

Builders sand always seems so yellow...

i have tried it and it doesnt knock up very good,you could use white cement or add lime to the mix to make it lighter
