Hi,
I am currently renovating my first property, i just hit the part where the landscaping comes in and i am completely clueless. There is already a patio in place which i wish to remove and replace. The patio gets alot of water run off from the yard as the yard sits 600ml higher than the patio. Does a concrete bed need to be put down before i get the new pavers laid??? They are just on sand at the moment but the pavers are full of mould and damp. How do i prevent this from happening to the new pavers????
Cheers
