Hello chaps
We are currently working for the Hilton Hotel, Park Lane and they have some existing resin bonded natural stone walkways.
The problem is they want to change the colour.
Question to you guys is, can you paint a resin floor, if so what type of paint would you recommend ?

You could paint the surface, but I think it would look bloody awful, as paint cannot replicate the tonal variation that comes with natural aggregate, even a dead boring natural aggregate such as Bauxite.
As this is a pavement, you would need to use a high-strength, durable floor paint, which are usually based on epoxies. NitoFlor or similar would be a good choice.

Tony is right in that painting on top of an existing resin bonded aggregate surface will change its appearance - significantly.
However it is not an uncommon practice. There are 3 choices I can suggest:
1. apply a new resin bonded aggregate surface on top of the existing, selecting an aggregate the client likes the look of (and is functional). See Ronadeck Fast Grip for Landscaping
or
2. apply a high build mono-colour epoxy coating on top of it to give it a "painted" finish. This is favoured by the London Fire Brigade and RNLI. Fast Grip plus epoxy floor coating
or
3. apply the Ronadeck Fast Grip Resin as you would normally use for a rresin bonded aggregate finish but instead of casting in an aggregate, use a decorative flake. Slip resistance is not as great, but appearance is - wow.
Of course if you intend overlaying an existing surface, preparation and testing to ensure the current surface is intact is essential, and we can advise how to go about this. If you want more information give us a call.
