Firstly, what a brilliant site this is! I think I`ve learned more about paving from here than if I`d moved into the local library for a month!

I am thinking of making a 40 sq m patio with Stoneflair`s Glendale natural sandstone. I have emailed Stoneflair with a few questions, but they haven't replied - despite a couple of reminders - so I`m turning to the wise and wonderful who visit this site for help!

1: The patio is north facing..is this product suitable?
2: I need to construct 3 steps from the house on to the patio - they will be in constant use, again is this product suitable?

Many thanks

Yes and yes. You willprobably find that the stone is somewhat prone to algae, especially on a north-facing project, but this is typical of all the imported sandstones, not just StoneFlair's product.

I'll email Mr Stoneflair and tell him to get his act together because you are not the first to mention the total lack of response from their so-called Customer Support department.
