Can anybody help with what should be used to drill sandstone to accomodate LED lighting.Armoured cable already in place. Have tried to drill small holes to get the required 80mm......

You need a core drill - you might be able to hire one from a local Hire Centre, or you could buy one at a silly price from a local concrete drilling specialist (yes! I know you're drilling sandstone, but trust me: you'll never find Sandstone Drillers in the 'phone book!)
