Hi, I'm hoping you can help me... :)

We have some (welsh?) slate hearths that were fitted a couple of years ago when we had new multi-fuel stoves installed. They look great but unfortunately one now has a really nasty mark - we were charging a battery on it, and the fluid overflowed and has made a horrible stain.

How can we get rid of this mark?

I don't think you can - try Golvpolish and see if it helps. If it does (and I wouldn't put money on it), wax the lot and get it sealed.
