Nuff said about what a great site this is.
I have over the last week laid approx 19 sq mts of Eclipse paving (which I must say looks very good). I have around 2 mts to complete but due to the adverse weather conditions will have to delay until next week end.
1) I laid them on a full bed of 15:2 sharp sand / cement on a semi dry bed approx 60mm depth.
2) will the area be in danger with out pointing for a week or 2
I have covererd the last area to be laid with boarding.
Has any one got experience of the "Easipoint" system used for pointing ?

As long as the pavement isn't being used, there's no great risk in leaving the pointing until the weather picks up, but don't let it drag on for weeks - make sure you get them pointed asap.

I'm not sure that Easipoint is relevant to a small patio project, although there's no harm in trying it.

Hello Jack

Easipoint is suitable for any sized project. The only thing to bear in mind is that if this is a 'one off' project for you, you'll need to buy a pointing gun which costs approx £36.00.

If you need any more info about calculating quanities of mortar, colours etc, give me a call on 01257 224900

Cheers
