Indian sandstone in cheshire - Good price found

All,

Just to let you know that Beeston Reclamation in Cheshire are doing Indian Sandstone for £11.50 p.s.m. + VAT + Delivery.

Delivery (and unloading) for me cost £50 i.e. 2 hours labour at £25 per hour (1 hour driving & 1 hour unloading).

They have Desert Sand, Autumn Brown, Raj Green and Mint.

I have seen it (and bought it!) and it seems good quality i.e. various thicknesses between 30mm & 40mm.

The sizes they have are:

280 * 280
280 * 560
560 * 560
560 * 840

They said they would be putting up their prices on Monday, but it sounded like they where only talking about another 50 pence p.s.m.

I have no connections with them whatsoever. I have been searching for a good price for some time, and this is the best I have found, so I thought I would let you all know.

Noticed the ad in paper £ 9.48 per yd square!
Used to buy loads of gear from them before it got sold to present owners.

Only 4 sizes though

When creating random layouts, the more sizes available, the better. In particular, the 420x560 and the 700x560 sizes are very useful, and the best ranges also include the 840s and 1120s. Having all 8 sizes available makes for truly 'random' looking random layouts.
