This is probably a very dim question and I'm sure the answer is that they are the actual size but I just wanted to double check.
I'm trying to create a random pattern for Marshalls Yorkstone heritage riven paving and their website suggests allowing a minimum of 15 mm for pointing.
If you have more joints in one section of rectangular paving than another but you want to keep the overall width the same, do you have to allow the joints to be wider where you have less joints or is that being too fussy.
Are paving sizes the actual size of the paving - Or is there an allowance for pointing?

You have to 'spread' the joints. This 'fun activity' is described on the Random Layouts page of the main website.
