Technical Manager with Resin Experience
Harlow, Essex
Ronacrete Ltd, a market leader in cement, sbr polymer, epoxy, polyurethane and polyurea technology – and now MMA resin – seeks the appointment of a Manager to head their well-established Technical Department.
The Company specialises in polymer cement mortars and concretes for screeds, industrial flooring, concrete repair, waterproofing and bonding. We also major in polyurea and polyurethane grip systems, epoxy and MMA flooring.
Candidates must be qualified and industry experienced chemists who can spearhead our resin development programme. Our resin product range includes water based and solvent free epoxy floor paints and coatings, polyurethane coatings and sealers, epoxy resin screeds including trowel applied and self-levelling, plus polyurethane and polyurea resin bonded aggregate systems. Recently we have extended our flooring systems with the introduction of MMA resin technology.
As our Resin Chemist you will work alongside our existing team to enhance existing products and develop new resins for sale into our UK and overseas markets. You will work with our sales and marketing teams to help promote the new materials you have developed.
The chosen candidate will have good knowledge of such products, their design, manufacture and on-site installation at senior level and be required to develop new products, head our ISO quality control system, represent us at trade committees, trouble shoot on site and offer technical advice to our customers and sales team.
The position is office based and previous experience in a similar position is essential.
The position attracts a salary of £32,000.
