We area looking for some ideas for general garden design.
The area we are working with is 22sq m. This area is to be flagged/loose stones in places/shrubs and plants etc. It needs to to be wheelchair friendly as Mr Bump is in a wheelchair. We are doing this project (Mrs Bump very active, Mr Bump good at orders) our selves so have been looking around the site for reclaimed stones etc.
We just need some planning help.
Cheers

As 22msq is not a very large area in this case i think the easiest way to lay out a plan is to decide what you want from the area ie..

Seating area, sunny position or shade, large or small?
How wide do the paths have to be to accept the wheelchair?
How much planting would you like and have you anything to screen from view?
What sort of materials do you like? modern or traditional.
Do you like straight lines or curves?
What is your budget?

If you draw a plan of your garden start drawing in the areas that you know you need first and then fill in the blanks using curves or straight lines to form a path to your seating area or gate/shed etc... then i think you will soon run out of free space and have a rough design that will suit your needs and budget.
