Hi fellow slabbers !!!

My back garden is slabbed over. Over the years some of the slabs have sunk etc and i would like to relay them. At the moment they are just layed onto a sandy base with no morter joints. I would like to lift them,leval them and then point in between to stop the weeds/worms etc coming through.

What would your advice be ?

If your asking what you think is a common question, it might be worth using the forum's search facility just in case its been asked before.

Sound advice, Matt!

It's also a good idea to check the main website where the vast majority of 'everyday' problems, including the lifting and re-laying of flags, is covered in great detail.

The Repair and Maintenance section would be a good place to look, Pete.

Incidentally, I'd rather be known as a Flagger than a Slabber. It's a northern thing!
