Hi

Have referenced this site several tmes and have found it VERY useful.

Am in Rickmasworth area of Hertfordshire and am looking to have some hard landscaping carried out and am having difficulty in finding a contractor...

An over view view of the building work -
Front
Remove approx 38 sq m of turf and replace with cotswold bluff
Repave with riven slabs approx 15 sq m of path using existing path as base plus two inset manhole covers
Back
Remove existing 4 course wall and rebuild (approx 400 bricks)
Prepare lawn and inlay 4m * 4m circular paving kit
Prepare and lay large riven stepping stones with shingle\cotswold surround approx 30 sq m

Any ideas? Any advice? Any volunteers?

Work described is an over view have detailed info avialable. original plan was to get a hard and soft landscaper but now may be looking at builder\paver for patio and stone work and gardener for remainder.

Any ideas? Any advice? Any volunteers?

Rgds

Not my part of the world, I'm afraid. Maybe someone else can suggest a contractor, or how about asking at your local BM?

I am based in Hemel Hempstead. You are not too far, and my neighbour's work is mostly out your way. Between we can do it. Check my site for more info. www.dcgardens.co.uk
