We have just laid some Marshalls Heritage Calder Brown slabs and are ready to point them up - we would like to colour the mortar dark brown, where can we get the additive. We have tried all the builders merchants to no avail.

Well, Builders' Merchants are where it's normally sold. All I can suggest is 'phoning around all the BMs until you locate a stockist.
Ask for cement dye or motar dye.
