Does anyone know a reliable tradesmen for laying a patio in the glasgow area?

I know a couple of tradesmen, but, to be honest, they wouldn't be terribly interested in a 15m² job. That represents less than a day's work for a decent paving gang.

Still, I'll email them and ask them to reply to you if they think can help.

We are thinking of using Haworth Moor Natural Stone which costs £39.23 incl Vat per sq m from our looking Jewson.

Do you know if this is a good quality stone or whether the price is reasonable?

PS: Great site for any novice. I don't mind paying the going rate for a good job. Problem is, most expensive does not always equal best quality. A bit of a minefield for me.

Although there's nowt wrong with the Haworth Moor (other than its non-authentic name) you can get a virtually identical flagstone from the same part of the world for about half that price, if you shop around.
