Do you lay the slabs flat or on a slight slope for water run off, If so to the side or front or back, I want about a metre around shed of slab visible.

You always lay paving to a fall, unless there is a very good reason not to do so (maybe you're using permeable paving).

As for the direction of fall, I can't actually see your shed from here, so I can't say which way the shed base should slope. Only you can decide that be taking a look at where the water will go.

Mabye a daft question would the shed be not level or do you prop it up to make it level

You adjust the bearers to make the shed level, but the base still needs a fall to aid drainage.
