hi
i was reading around your site and it seems really good,i am putting down a new step at the front door with slabs(the old step is concrete so i will be slabing over it with motar)i will be dry jointing and my question is that i bought my motar as a dry mix from B&Q and i found that when i finished my jointing on another job, the joints were very sandy-i thought they would be a grey colour,do you think if i added more cement to the mix would it be lighter,
thanking you.
