Maintainance for a heated driveway

Setts and cobbles, tarmac, asphalt, resin systems, concrete whether it's plain, patterned or stencilled, gravels, etc.

Hi all -

I have a large (~450 sq meter) driveway with a steep grade. Driveway is 8 years old and in very good condition. The driveway was installed with electric coils for melting ice, and works well.

I want to do preventive maintainance, and am trying to decide to do seal coating (first choice) or to resurface.

My main concern is maintining the integrity and longevity of the dirveway

Thanks in advance for any feedback

Not sure if your drive is concrete, tarmac, loose gravel, or other. If you let me know, we have a variety of surfacings which can be bonded to some surfaces.
