Are the 60 x 60cm concrete flags avalaible in less than 50mm thickness eg. 32mm?

Yes - we call them "wafers" - see the Richmond paving from Marshalls. They are, IIRC, 35mm thick. Bloody useless shite is another popular term for them! ;)
