The Brew Cabin

Hi everyone…I’m looking for some advice as to the best way forward to deal with this issue. Long story short, we’ve had a flooring company deal with a damp issue at the back of the house which has resulted in the LVT flooring lifting. They have laid a ‘sandwich’ of latex, liquid dpc then topcoat of latex. Whilst the dpc was being laid, somehow, the remnants of resin has been walked around the patio on the bottom of a pair of trainers ! They are aware of the problem this has caused and they’ve used Zep concrete cleaner which I think has done more harm than good and not even touched the staining on the sandstone !
Has anyone had any similar issues/experience ?
I saw a thread elsewhere that mentioned using Wess Extra KT paste…has anyone used this ?
I think as a last resort we may have to claim on their insurance but wondered if anyone had any ideas in the meantime ?
