Sudsflow Spacers

Hi Guys
This is my first post so apologies if this has been covered before.
I have to build a Suds compliant patio, in a city garden with no immediate run-off drainage.
I saw these Sudsflow spacers (www.sudsflow.com) on line, and wonder if anybody had used them?
