Block Cart too wide for passage way...

Anyone got any tips for moving blocks off of a pallet without using a Block cart?
I can use a barrow or a sack truck, but wondered if there is a trick to doing it (with a truck); without having to manually lift & stack them on the truck and again when offloading? Cheers
