Patio flagstones (slabs), concrete flags, stone flags including yorkstone and imported flagstones.

Laying porcelain in this weather

Hi my landscaper wants to lay porcelain next week. But it is near freezing is this advisable? And if not why? Thanks

It needs to be 3 and rising. Ground could be frozen and the sand. Everything needs to be thawed out.

If the temperature is above freezing at night, concrete won't freeze, so your project can theoretically proceed. Porcelain paving slabs have very low water absorption and high freeze resistance, so your primary concern should be preventing the freezing of the concrete.
