The Brew Cabin

Hi, have new sliding doors and the intention was to build a patio that was close to flush with the floor inside. This is partly design but also easy access for a wheelchair. However, the sliding doors have water weep holes set lower than the threshold and a protruding door sill. Grateful to know what type of drainage can sit lower than the weep holes and door sill, and collect surface water. A grill over the channel would hopefully be flush with the door track and the inside floor. There are also air bricks beneath these weep holes to consider. Thanks
