Laying slate paving slabs

I have about 100m2 of slate paving slabs to lay. I'm using the Brazilian Rio slate from Pavestone.
Roughly, how long would it take an experienced trades person to lay the slabs if the ground is already prepared?
thank you

I would hope to average around 15 m2 a day for a 3 man gang
1 mixing
1 cutting and bringing
1 setting levels and laying
then a further day for 2 part resin mortar
so around 8 days
cheers LLL
obviously you can get good days and bad
our record was 45m2 in a day but the following day only managed 5.5 m2 of cuts

I'm not wanting to get into a boasting war with the venerable LLL, but back in the days when I was contracting, we'd look to average 20-25m² per day complete (cuts/jointing/the lot) for a 3-man gang (1 skilled man, 1 semi-skilled, 1 donkey) laying flagstones during the summer (so a full 8-9hr day).
Back then, I'd have priced that as a 5-day job assuming everything else was in place, so sub-base and drainage done, all materials on site and readily to hand, no access problem, and nothing overly fiddly. As always, I'd allow an extra day for weather/delays/men off due to self-inflicted alcohol poisoning/partner-trouble, etc., but aim to get it wiped off in a week.
