If your a diyer it can get a bit expensive. You may only need to hire a cutter, wacker etc: hand tools needed, most diyers have in the shed.

For block paving tools, it's hard to beat Probst. They are superb quality products, but that quality comes at a cost - a cost I actually consider to be well worth paying, if you're asking.

There are several Eurpoean manufacturers offering uncannily similar tools at much lower prices. Now, in some cases, they are cheaper because the quality is lesser or, in some cases, non-existant, but there are companies in the Netherlands and Poland who do quite good quality at not-bad prices. Have a look at Orit for starters, and then you could consider Optimas
