bought this today for 250m2 project coming up, I'm always on at the lads to use the bottle or hose on the stihl saws and then theres the mess etc so figure this is safer quicker and neater. cuts well think tony is going to come out do some video on it, needs a tidy up and branding haha got a gazebo for it already to go.

went into the hire shop was there they wanted £400 offered them £300 deal done :) inc a solid tile/vitrous style diamond blade

i think it is a tile saw really but will cut 90-100mm deep and 900mm long ways making some guides up for it today, bit of welding and like you say saves a lot of hassle with bent backs and clamping timber of for cuts and mess. ticks a lot of boxes on our risk assessments as well.

Like LLL, I hired one for a slate patio job. Was worth its weight in gold for straight cuts, and no dust.
wonder how it would cope with a 900 x600 council grey?

we used 1 for cutting 90mm blocks on a big residential drive, not sure what the thinking was at the time but it is far less strain on men's backs
1 cutting with an apron on and PPE ,1 bringing back and forth and 1 marking and laying
nice price Giles
