I own this. It's lasted 2 years so far. I don't use them as much as you guys do but it must have done a few hundered solid hours and only the brushes needed replacing.
The screwfix reviews are awesome and I agree with them.

I allways find now and again I get a bit distracted and the next thing I know the reaker is stuck n the old half rotted post 
last time it happened I had to use anoher chisel to get the first out :p
id stick with the screwfix one if you don't use it much ive got a hilti got second hand cos I didn't want to spend a forune

Done that quite a few times myself. The one thing I only did once was I pulled out this massive lump of concrete, like 8 cubic feet attached to a post, think it was the last post and they'd emptied their mixer into it to get rid. Anyway I was breaking away and got pissed off I just thought it's gotta crack soon, keep breaking into it, nothing. About 16" of breaker bar stuck in a mound of concrete like excalibur.
Got some shit off my bro for that one. Spent 45 minutes smacking a manual bar into it to crack it out whilst laid on it's side.

I have had the Titan in various guises over the years and the Erbauer looks pretty much the same.
They last me about 2 years and do the job as good as any similar sized machine I've ever used.
We use it mostly for busting up concrete, tarmac and occasionally walls. If it's mostly for demo work then the one Luton suggested is probably more comfortable to handle.
