thats been on here before dan.(sorry), also as the guv'nor pointed out, as the block hits the bed at an angle, it will leave an indent in the bedding layer!

looks like it doesn't save much time, I think 2 good labourers
with 2 pavers would be quicker+tighter joints :rock:

mmm they do 1000m2 plus per day as holland is flat and gets water loged they need to lift and relay continuly they go for use not looks they do have some nice granite work in the citys

not just flat cookie,most of the land is reclaimed so it just sinks on them
as you say its not about looks it functional
tarmac would crack to pieces round some of the old streets in Amsterdam
