always wanted one of these, but been out of budget until i brought my avant.
They do one for it!

Note the conveyor is from another machine which i have mounted on by fabricating some brackets, and having hydraulic pipes made up to run it.

Great kit dan, how have you found the avant? I keep looking at them.

Is there a rental market for it domestically?

if its the green avant they are handy for getting packs of bricks/blocks/sand onto sites
but a pack of blocks is their limit
dunno about rental but the guy comes out when we need him for roughly £100
LLL
saves a lot of barrowing

Tony those processors knock the socks off a chainsaw and an axe big time I've borrowed one a few times to sort out the annual wood pile for the fire and it can do a days work in a few hours..

i have a pto saw bench, and a pto log splitter (the screw type)
I used to have to put the saw bench on, saw up all the long lengths, then take it off, put the splitter on, split the logs, and load them onto the truck by hand
There isn't much money in logs, and its just a sideline i do as it gets rid of the timber i have aquired through tree work

The long term plan is when i extend the house, to put a log burner in. Then i will reap the rewards!

Great kit dan, how have you found the avant

Fantastic. I was looking for over a year for a decent second hand one, and this one came up on flea bay, it came with standard bucket, 4in1 and forks, was 5 years old and had just 500hours. I paid 8k for her, and it was meant to be a yard machine to load up crushed and sand etc
I am using it more and more, and just brought a sweeper collector for it, which is also a great bit of kit
I had a bobcat before this, and i would never go back to one again after using this.
not sure about the rental side of things, No one rents them, so is this a niche market?

Yes I'd agree you're far to cheap Dan as long as the wood burns well you could get another 15 to 20 quid a bag easily.
