i'll start this with our forklift, all other bits of plant aside this is the thing that gets used daily from parking trailers to loading buckets and breakers, be lost without it. plus doing doughnuts in its lots of fun hehe

i haven't got a wide enough lense lol.....

next thing would be my mini sledge, like a lump hammer but with double length handle for two hand swinging

got one of those dickies quilted work shirts great for working in, but just ordered a new helly hansen trousers and jacket being embroidered be a shame to get it dirty hehe

My favourite tool/machine would be our road layer simply because it can shovel down the black stuff at such a rate with mimimal manual input......but thats on a good day, other jobs can be right b*stards.

Probably being honest, it'd have to be our Bomag whacker plate, how anyone laying tar cannot have one is beyond me - it is excellent for starting off rolling up on the small area that has just been laid, then get the ped roller onto it.

Yep, definitely - it's the whacker plate.

Just bought one of these so it has not been a necessity but I am looking forward to getting it going; I imagine it will seem a necessity quite soon...
