Hi,
I'm absolutely new and I want buy vibro table.
So, I have two questions:
1. Is 3000 vibrations per minute OK?
2. What's duration time for vibrating slabs over table?

i take it you are going to make your own flags?
google a specialist like conspare .com. most of
us buy flags etc already manufactured, so its
a bit specialist. :;):

We do have a number of manufacturers calling in at the Brew Cabin, and some of them are brave (or daft) enough to post occasionally, but they might drop by only once a week or so, as the number of discussions about manufacturing kit is limited. Further, each manufacturer likes to tweak their own kit to suit their concrete mix, their products, their moulds, etc., and so any advice they may have may not be relevant.
Be patient: One of them will come along at some point in the next few days....

Hi, from your English I'm guessing you are in Europe, if in the UK you can buy a table from Harristone (see website) for between GBP 900 and 1700. If this is too expensive and you can weld, make the table yourself, or have someone weld the base, buy the vibration pads and motor yourself and fit it all together. Sizes overall 1200 x 600 x 760/900 high overall, frame from 50 x 50 x 6 angle and top 8mm th plate. I have built 7 (biggest 2 x 1 m - overkill for most applications) and you can save a packet. Vibration strength and frequency ranges from as low as 1000 - 3000 rpm. Give me some idea of your set-up /where you are etc and maybe I can send you a drawing with all specs. You got lots of money I can sell you a franchise. Good luck.

Vibtec http://www.vibtec.com/ also make good kit, vibrating motors and mounts if you want to do it yourself, or full tables to your spec if you don't.
