Decided to bite the bullit and buy an additonal crusher to expand the hire fleet (double it!) it was a case of sometimes having loads of enquiries but the machine out on hire, or I needed it for one of my jobs, and its being used elsewhere! so i went for it.

not sure how long it will stay nice and shiny though!

yes, but i took them off. its very easy to do. as you see it in the picture, it will work fine

I actually tested the prototype conveyor, and i snapped one up. It is much better, and needs no maintenenace. you can run it at full speed and the stuff flies off the conveyor. no need to replace the side felts. you should consider it, its a good investment!

The only improvements seem to be a weight reduction at the front, and the additon of weight at the back to stop it tipping forward. they have moved a couple of hydraulic pipes on the side that were in the way, and its got a better wiring system.

I am sure this will make a fine addition to your fleet/business Dan. As your geared up for rental, if you buy that post puller you'll be able to rent that out as well. You could even offer to collect the old concrete posts, lump of concrete from the bottom and crush that up. :)
