Couple of photos of our new trailer.
We imported the trailer from the USA a couple of months ago, so have had time to work with the new set-up.
The pressure washer is awesome, and can reach 220 degrees in heat.

That's better! Twin hose machine - very swanky!
I dread to think of the investment in that kit - the trailer alone was enough I bet!

Thanks Dave
I won't put the cost on here.
Machine can run 2 operators at the same time,
27hp diesel engine water cooled, 3600 psi 6 gallons per min
so it is a beast, we just fiinshed 2000 sq meters of block paving on an business park, washing and resanded in less then five days

Hoses will reach 150 mts with no real pressure lost
With this one it is hose in, outside tap or hydrant and a hose out to wash, everything stays in the trailer.
I also sanded a drive yesterday Elstree area, 8 bags= 200 kilos around 2.5 hours.

I don`t know if you get a quieter time of the year but that bit of kit at those temperatures could be used for washing down tanks/treatment plants/grease traps etc. when they are being emptied. There are certain industrial processes that use hot water jetters to degrease their pipework and that is basically what you have there.
just a thought in these difficult times !

had to use grease on some soffit shutters a while ago and had to use hot water to get it off. Three floors took forever. the machine we used was diesel to heat the water and one day it burst into flames. i think someone sabotaged it ( brickies ) because the water was washing out thier joints and the noise was deafening. lots of potential there for you.

Hi Roger
Don't know if it's the same down your way but up here if you want a LEGIT stand pipe it has to be supplied by the local water company and costs £500 per year for a 3/4" standpipe fitted with a meter and you are charged £1.12 per 1000ltr used !

We have our own standpipe, water board came and checked it etc.
On the job we finished recently, we were used around 50k Lts and were charged around £25.00 so not to bad really.
