What is the best tool for cutting concrete blocks that form part of a wall lads, im guessing stihl saw or 1 of them Chainsaw type machines ?

Yep, 300 or 400mm Stihl saw.

Be sure to use a water kit to keep the dust down and wear ear defenders.
