Hello,

Looking for some advice on sourcing a new easyfloat for concreting - like the one that can be hired at hss.

Getting fed up of having to keep hiring one!!

Thanks

Three places to try are
conquip 01420 592900 they are the cheapest in my experience
speedcrete
buildspan or tomasa do them as well but probably a bit dearer

Good ones are kraft tool co. or bon tool co. from the states. UK made Belle ones do come up on ebay uk quite often, might be worth a look if you don't mind second hand?

IME I would advise you not to buy the all in one brush & float. Also wise to get the pitch bracket with the float instead of a fixed head one as it makes life a lot simpler.

Do you want the bull float, or the glider. the bull float is usefull for bringing up the fat, where a glider (easy float) skims easier over the surface and in my opinion gives a better finish. :;):

Thanks for your reply - I think i will proably be the glider, more than likely from belle, we have a quite a few areas to get concreted in 6 cube batches, and have found the easyfloat to be handy in getting a smooth finish. Will try and find a belle dealer on Monday.

Thanks
