For the discussion of hand tools, power tools, operated and non-operated plant, and all sorts of kit associated with the paving and drainage trades

Has anybody used one of these man loadable (as apposed to 1.5/3T 360º) crushers and are they any good?

Next step what should/shouldn’t be used for sub-base material, I was thinking about using anything I can get hold of to include but not exclusively:-

Bricks – engineering, clay, etc.
Blocks – aerated, dense, clay paving blocks, concrete paving blocks, etc.
Concrete – lumps of any strength, roof tiles, fencing posts, kerb stones/edger’s
Tarmac,
rockery stones,
gravel,

Any thing else, I haven’t thought of?

Cheers, Mike.

Have a look here http://www.crusherhire.co.uk/
I've used it twice now and it will crush anything you put in it.
Suggest you ommit the tarmac though.
