Concrete breaker - Buy or hire?

I want to break up some concrete, in the middle of a concrete path, were a fence is, replacing with new,

I would buy a demo drill, if not to dear, or shall i hire a concrete breaker, or whats the best tool for the job?

Depends how often you're going to use it. We used to hire, until we totted up all the cost for use, including the times when we forgot to take it back, or hung onto it because we might need it next week, or kept it around 'just in case', or hired it early then had to wait for various reasons before we could use it... we probably paid more for not using it than actually using it, but saved a packet when we bought one.
