i am trying to source a replacement " rubber bottom " for my wacker plate is there anywhere online that sells them ? thanks

Check with the manufacturer. If you have a genuine "Wacker" plate, you can buy over the phone and have it parcel-delivered to you, but they don't do website sales, I'm afraid.
